The Educational Advising Center (EAC) binational Centro Colombo Americano Bogotá (CCA), is a certified EducationUSA Center affiliated with the United States Department of State, and is part of a global network with more than 450 information centers in 170 countries.

EducationUSA centers promote U.S. higher education around the world by offering accurate, comprehensive, objective and timely information about educational opportunities in the United States and guidance to qualified individuals on how best to access those opportunities.

At the EAC prospective students find unbiased and up to date information about all accredited U.S. higher education institutions, academic programs, standardized exams, admission requirements financial aid and exchange opportunities in the United States.

The Advising Center enables informed decisions on choosing accredited institutions and study programs in the U.S. according to student’s personal and professional interests. We do not function as agents therefore we do not establish agreements with specific institutions and we do not receive commissions for the students we advise.

We welcome catalogs, brochures and promotional information from accredited institutions for our resource center. We also post financial aid opportunities for international students.

Mission
The Educational Advising Center at the Centro Colombo Americano Bogotá provides impartial and up to date information on education and exchange opportunities in the U.S., professional academic advising services and administers reliable exams to facilitate educational understanding between Colombia and the United States.
